Bruh , that’s just a Roman Sol Invictus .First monotheistic experience for pagan Rome. He was made official deity of whole Roman Empire by the emperor Aurelian. Of course everyone will have him in their calendars across whole Mediterranean during that period. Sol Invictus only was abandoned when in late 4th century emperor Theodosius made Christianity a state religion of a Roman Empire.
