@constructioncheckhq: $818,000 NEW CONSTRUCTION BUT THE INSPECTION FOUND THIS Would YOU still buy this home #Home #homeinspection #newconstruction #constructionfails #USA @new construction (inspection)

Jooa🇫🇮 :

Thanks for the inspection

Tom :

No fucking way they forgot the shower head😂😂😂

Cdnbacon :

Ladder for children 😳 never even thought of that

Jihan Simon 𓇼 :

i need this 😁

Dr_Lupus :

tbh, i wouldn't care if you climbed on the counter if you were doing an inspection for a house i was looking at. I want every single grubby detail on every issue with a property before I buy it

Adam blessitt :

very few take pride in the work they do.. its about the money now

Frank Campise :

There is a roof over the doorway and window lintels. Where do you expect the water to come from? The roof would have flashing that would not let water get by.

1 :

You can’t expect much these days for $818,000

Joanne Miner :

Doesn’t the builder do any kind of walk through while construction is underway???? So bizarre!

hyperfixationsnthings :

I know the reason for this but not allowed to say here

garbucristigarbu :

meseriași dorel

Dr. Ron Jones | Idaho Agent :

An $818K build and the shower still has no head on it. That's the kind of punch-list miss a final walk-through should catch before anybody signs - one frame and the inspection already paid for itself.

davidseligman2 :

must be in central ohio

Tampa :

that is a Dr. Horton home all day

Michelle_kcmo_Realtor :

lucindacindysoper :

Chad Hoxie :

The US housing market is ridiculously priced for cheap ass builds.

PennY16543 :
