What is the benefit of metronadozole? Like what do you think it helps specifically? Im wondering if it will help considering i have really great result with finecea. Theres a little bit of leftover redness and texture that never wants to go lol

I would suggest switching your vitamin C to the morning because studies show it can actually help your sunscreen with sun protection!

I take the same three things for my rosacea and it works for me too - but long term do you plan on using it all? Did your derm say you could use it truly long term? To my understanding we can’t.

The Vanicream vitamin c uses tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate which is a pretty stable vitamin c derivative that's also pretty gentle/well tolerated. It plays well with other activities. The Vanicream vitamin c also has ceramides which makes it good to pair with retinoids because the barrier support will help tolerance.

Ok, so I have not been putting my actives on my whole face, just my rosacea spots. I feel dumb...maybe I'll have more success with whole face? I'm on metro and hydrocortisone on alternating days.
