I’ve tried all sorts of trigger point releases in all kinds of positions and this one is my second favorite. The first is similar, but on a yoga block with firm edges 🥲. What I’m currently experiencing is likely my first rib being pulled up and my scapula fighting to stabilize down, while also being pulled up. It’s gnarly and not wanting to ease. Buuuuuttt, that’s the name of the hypermobile game until it finally does.
