He’s got it backwards because as a kid when u have to sit anywhere and be quiet and hear stories about anyone who’s not a superhero ofc it’s gonna not feel fun. But he was brought up in the church so I bet he will return to God, if he hasn’t already

That feeling he felt had to do with the people in the church. I felt the same as a kid… it wasn’t the message, it was the messengers and their intent. Children feel intentions even when they don’t have the vocabulary to explain it.
