Empanadas tucumanas 🥟 De viaje por el norte, pasamos por Tafi del Valle, que nos recibió con nieve. Allí emprendimos viaje al cerro, y a cocinar empanadas de matambre! La empanada de matambre, es la mas tradicional de Tucumán? TIPS QUE ENCONTRE PARA HACER LA MEJOR: 1. Freir la cebolla en grasa. 2. Agregar al relleno un poco del caldo con el que hervimos el matambre. 3. Hacer los discos caseros con el caldo donde hervimos el matambre. 4. Igual cantidad de cebolla que de carne. 5. Colocar la yema de huevo mirando hacia el repulgue para no perder jugosidad. 6. Freir en grasa caliente. Les pido de corazon, que comenten si conocen algún otro tip, o si hacen diferente la empanda.
