Yes!!! I never knew that until I started growing jalapenos! I always believed they would remain green but they turn red! Anyway, do you have Cayanne? Should definitely grow to those, they are great for tons of recipes and so cool to grow. p

Curious what you think is the best tasting super hot pepper is? I want to get my tolerance built up until I can at least handle a ghost. I grew ghosts peppers a couple of years ago and pickled and dried a lot of peppers, but I’ve yet to eat one.
