Thats very good decision. if you travel from kampala along Entebbe road you will realise thaat some houses really needed replacement since the road is a corridor road to international airport.

I would advise the government to fund and construct collective buildings like this in these areas , where a community shares buildings and apartments, with playgrounds and large compounds.. rather than giving the people money to construct what they want.. This is how most countries in Europe and America develop their urban settlements because they normally take charge in the planning and building of their cities.
