@littlebigworld.em: Taryn Simon’s Father Country, I Do Love You began with her own father, who worked for the U.S. government and traveled extensively around the world. After his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, Simon realized she would never know his full story. This led her to explore the life of an unnamed federal agent she met in 2017, whose stories became the foundation for this project over the past decade.
