@hitchlife: THINK YOU CAN JUST APPLY FOR AN OFFSHORE JOB? CHECK THESE CERTIFICATIONS FIRST. 🚨🌊 Before stepping onto an offshore installation, workers may need safety training, survival training, medical clearance, and role-specific qualifications. Depending on the job and location, that can include BOSIET/basic offshore safety, sea survival, HUET, firefighting, first aid/CPR, an offshore medical, working-at-height training, and additional tickets for specialized work. But here's the part most beginners miss: the exact requirements aren't the same for every offshore job. They can vary by employer, country, installation, and position — so don't spend money on certificates you don't actually need. 👉 Follow @offshorecareer for more offshore career tips 👉 Comment “OFFSHORE” if you're looking to get started 👉 Check the link in our bio for the complete step-by-step guide. #offshorejobs #offshorelife #oilrig #riglife #FIFO #offshorecareer #offshorework #oilfieldjobs #oilandgas #BOSIET #HUET #offshoretraining #oilriglife
