. . . In the heart of Holy Karbala, specifically in 1966, a voice was born that became the most iconic symbol in Hussaini history. Basim Al-Karbalaei was not just a chanter; he was a project for a vocal epic that began in Karbala's old alleys, drawing inspiration from the legendary "Hamza Al-Zagheer" and mastering the foundations of the sacred pulpit. From Karbala to Exile: The journey began in childhood within Karbalaei processions. However, in 1980, due to harsh political circumstances, Basim and his family moved to Iran (Istahan). There, he began a phase of academic refinement, studying the Quran and Tajweed under great masters, which gave his voice the strength to master the most difficult melodies. The 1990s: Global Fame: His true fame launched in the early 90s from the Sultanate of Oman. He collaborated with great poets, led by (Jaber Al-Kazemi), forming a duo that transformed the Hussaini poem from traditional styles to modern emotional themes that deeply touch the human soul and spirit. Vocal Engineering and Legacy: Just as a skyscraper is built in layers, Basim built his glory with vocal layers (bass and treble) that amazed listeners. Blending authentic Iraqi modes with modern arrangements, masterpieces like "Khattar ljani" and "Tamannayt" became eternal pillars, crowning him as the "Sultan of the Pulpit" with thousands of poems. The Return and Immortality: After decades of exile, Basim returned to Iraq as a global symbol of willpower. The story of Basim Al-Karbalaei is a human epic written with patience and sincerity, proving that the voice from Karbala never ages, and the dream that started in those old alleys has now embraced the skies of immortality. #تصويري #اكسبلور_فولو #فاطمة_الزهراء #f #فولو

What Happens If You Smoke 20 Cigarettes a Day for 30 Days? Day 1. You light your first cigarette. Nicotine reaches your brain within seconds and releases dopamine — the pleasure hormone. You feel calmer and lighter. But your blood vessels suddenly tighten, as if pulled by a belt. After 10 minutes. Your heart starts beating faster, and your blood pressure rises slightly. Carbon monoxide from the smoke displaces oxygen in your blood. Your body feels like it’s trying to breathe through a slightly open door. After 1 hour. A few cigarettes in a row. Your throat feels dry, and your mouth tastes bitter. Your lungs get their first dose of hot smoke and tar — like fine dust slowly filling your airways. Day 3. Around 20 cigarettes a day — almost a pack. The tiny cilia in your lungs, which usually sweep out dirt, start working worse. Coughing appears — your body tries to clean itself. Week 1. Nicotine begins to control your mood. Your brain gets used to getting dopamine after each puff. Without a cigarette, irritation and anxiety appear. Your heart works like it’s running a light marathon every day. Week 2. Breathing becomes heavier. You get short of breath even when climbing stairs. Tar settles in your bronchi as a sticky coating, and your blood vessels stay narrowed more often. Day 20. Your skin receives less oxygen and looks dull. Morning coughs are already familiar — your body gradually adjusts to nicotine. Day 30. About 600 cigarettes. Your brain forms an addiction: without a cigarette, discomfort; with it, only short relief. #skeletondoctor1 #skeleton #us #day #cigarette
Follow @bestofopera for the voices that refuse to be forgotten. 🎵 "Duetto buffo di due gatti" - Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois The choir is serious. White robes, cross on the chest, line up like any choir singing an Ave Maria. Neither of the two boys at the front smiles once — they look ahead, posture straight, face closed as if the piece called for gravity. What comes out of their mouths is meowing. From the first to the last bar, without one word: not in Italian, not in French, not in any language. The audience laughs from the start. They continue serious to the end. It's this choir: the Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois, French boys' choir that sings until the voice changes — when it does, the boy leaves the group. One of the two that meow here today sings as a professional baritone in France. The joke isn't theirs. The score came out in London in 1825, signed by "G. Berthold" — a name that doesn't exist. The attribution to Rossini was never confirmed, not even by the British Library, which holds the original print. Two hundred years later, no one proved who wrote this piece. It arrived here without an author, and without one word — just the meowing, sung with the most serious face in the world. Can you imagine holding back the entire audience's laughter without smiling once? Work: Duetto buffo di due gatti ("Comic duet of two cats") Composer: attributed to "G. Berthold" — pseudonym, authorship never confirmed Performer: Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois 🇫🇷 Recording: boys' choir in concert Follow for more sounds you've never heard in your life. #BestOfOpera #DuetOfCats #ComicOpera #BoysChoir
