But one thing I've realised through coaching is that some of the best technical work can be done at home. 🏏 In this video, former First-Class cricketer Dave Dawson explains why 10 minutes of shadow batting each day can have a huge impact on your game. Think about it. 10 minutes a day. That's over 50 extra hours of technical practice across a year. No bowler. No net. No expensive equipment.
