@nemoqueen_: Some people leave an impact that goes far beyond what they probably ever realise. He gave so many of us a space, an outlet and somewhere to build friendships, confidence and communities of our own. He created one of the most special communities in Birmingham, and through that, touched the lives of so many people. He was a mentor, a friend, a supporter and someone who meant so much to so many. He had a way of bringing people together, making people feel seen and creating opportunities, memories and connections that will stay with people forever. I don’t want to say too much out of respect for his family and loved ones, but I just want it to be known how deeply loved and appreciated he was. Not just by the people closest to him, but by thousands of people whose lives he impacted in one way or another. My heart and prayers are with his family, his children and everyone who loved him during this unimaginable time. May they be given strength and comfort. Life really is so fragile. What he built, the people he brought together and the lives he helped shape will live on. His legacy is so much bigger than he probably ever realised. Rest peacefully, Buxley.
