Avoid fizzy drinks, rice, Indomie, soft drinks, any ultra processed food. I know what I went through chale only God save me. Now all I eat is Banku and Kenkey with fish, once daily or once every other day. Grapes, apples are my go to for sweet taste. The actual fruit o not any drink.

It's true! My fiancé used to take noodles and cola, take ibuprofen anyhow. He didn't smoke neither did he drink. He died of stage 4 kidney failure two months ago. He was 31
