Over the last year or so, we have seen so many AI adoption strategies including Tokenmaxing, AI usage dashboards, mandatory workforce trainings and more. But this strategy doesn't work. Instead of creating an AI adoption culture, you are enforcing AI on your team. So I asked Paolo how exactly he is creating a culture of AI adoption as a LinkedIn Vice President running large organization. ㅤ Paolo shared that his main priority when it comes to AI adoption is giving people room to learn AI, apply AI in workflows where it makes sense instead mandating, gets hands-on experience as leader, encourage people to experiment, and create a culture where you can learn from your peers. For example, Paolo hosted an all-hands at LinkedIn with a big theme of peer-to-peer sharing. This created a collaborative environment where employees feel encouraged and inspired to learn AI.
