I kept seeing people talk about Reta + Cagri and finally went down the rabbit hole in the Stackr app because… why add something else if it is already working? 👀 Turns out, they’re being researched for different pathways. Reta is a GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor agonist. Cagri is an amylin analog being studied for its effects on satiety and food intake. So the idea behind combining them isn’t just: “It isn’t working → add more stuff.” 😂 It’s that they target different signaling systems involved in appetite and satiety. And THAT distinction matters. This is also why I wouldn’t look at one hungry day and immediately decide I needed to change something. 😅 I’d rather open my Stackr app and look at the bigger picture: Is my overall trend still moving? What are my estimated active levels doing? Am I getting enough protein and drinking enough? Are side effects already showing up? Because “I thought about a snack today” probably isn’t enough data to start playing peptide Jenga. 😂🧱

The whole pressure makes diamonds thing definitely applies to snow geese. Beyond the obvious life-preserving traits such as large flocks and a fast migration, there's lots of factors that make them such a tough bird to successfully hunt. One of those factors is the constant jumping they get through most of their migration. I don't know how these jumpers thought they were going to get close enough to these birds, and I never saw if they had any success. I never saw them in frame of my filming either. Judging by the lack of any follow-up cripple swats, they never got anywhere near success. The following morning, I did hear an absolutely epic jump a few miles away. The clean up
