I think its a childhood trauma thing tbh. I actually have no idea if that's true(fact check my if im wrong). ppl be mean to the ones they love, and yet when they strick a nerve and the person is hurt, they feel awful and start to like shut down in a sense which doesn't make any sense at all

Started to figure out the ending as it went on... then it clicked and hit. I'm way too critical of myself and never give anywhere near as much credit to my accomplishments as I should. But I'm like stuck in a gray area. I hate myself SO much... yet I'm somewhat happy enough to not wanna do anything about it... and it's tearing me apart.
