@easyequities: We asked the crew heading to the Otter African Trail Run to send us something the week before. They filmed from a hotel room mid-pack, a shop queue, a car park, the north coast of Durban, and somewhere outside Prince Albert. Different places, same nerves. One's running her third. One hasn't run it in thirty years. One's doing it alongside her dad and her sister. One swapped a Black Label for a hot chocolate, strictly for the training. Best line of the lot, from somewhere in the Karoo: when it gets brutal, remember you're one of a very lucky few who get to be out there at all. Challenge Run on Thursday. Race on Saturday. Go well, every one of you. #GrailofTrail | #EasyEquities
