Pads, panties, pillow, pajamas, clothes to wear home, a toothbrush (because the hospital ones are gross) and a long charger for your phone. Everything else, get at the hospital.

However! I went into sudden labor at 31 weeks at a checkup and had nothing with me. And what did my husband later bring as clothes for me to go home in? That’s a right, booty shorts, a spaghetti strap tank top and a thong. First of all, that’s what got me in this mess here, and another thing, IT WAS DECEMBER! 😳

in ireland they encourage us to bring in battery candles, Aromatherapy machines, essential oils, playlists, fans, sleep masks and more...its all about being comfortable and feeling calm here while giving birth. I feel bad for american mothers.
