I've worked on that Dragline. It digs 24/7 at black thunder coal mine in Campbell County. Welding machines, compressed air,220V and 110V distributed throughout the inside of the "house." Full first aid station, industrial bunn coffee pot, hot cocoa, frige, microwave and air fryer. Worked with bad ass hands and made tons of money.

I worked on the Prairie Rose at the Falkirk Mine years ago. Worked for TIC of Wyoming and we replaced the pad. Big job.

I haven’t been like real up close and personal with her but I know my dad has, he works in the same mine. I’ve seen her from afar and it blows me away everytime I see someone standing next to her

I have only seen it once from a ways away I operate the trains to load them and it’s a pretty cool job

As a kid I remember going with my father to Arch Mineral Coal bye Hanna Wyoming in the late 70s early 80s. I remember how big the drag looked as a kid when feet were lowered to climb on board. I remember dad building a new pad with a dozer and moving the cables that powered it and it being walked to the new pad. I remember primer cord being used to break new ground for it
