She couldn’t keep her foot raised properly during this exercise. At the station, Alexis was read the standard statement for drivers and agreed to give breath samples. The tests showed her blood alcohol content (BAC) was 0.13%, above the legal limit of 0.08%. After signing a form warning her about potential legal consequences, she was released to her sister. This was until her court date. Officer Reeves gave her tickets for several charges: operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, and driving in marked lanes. Court records show she pleaded guilty to the DUI on April 17, 2024. As a result, she spent 12 hours at a resource center, used an ignition interlock device for seven months, and paid fines totaling $690.
