Готовить можно как в порционных маленьких формочках, так и в одной большой форме для кекса.Ингредиенты:Сливочное масло — 150 г (размягченное или растопленное)Сахар — 150 гЯйца — 3 шт.Молоко — 5 ст. л.Мука — 250 гРазрыхлитель — 10 г (1 пакетик)Ванильный сахар — 1 пакетик (по желанию)Пошаговое приготовление:Замесите основу. В глубокой миске соедините размягченное сливочное масло, сахар и ванильный сахар. Взбейте миксером или венчиком до однородности.Добавьте жидкие компоненты. По одному введите яйца, тщательно взбивая массу после каждого. Затем влейте молоко и еще раз перемешайте.Всыпьте сухие ингредиенты. Просейте в миску муку вместе с разрыхлителем.
