People always talking about Surtain, Gonzalez, Witherspoon, Q Mitch, Gardner, JPJ, Stingley, Horn, etc. and don’t get me wrong all these guys are great but respectfully Ward simply just does not get enough love for having been the caliber of corner he’s been for his entire career. The guy is genuinely insane at playing defensive football. I’d argue he’s undoubtedly top 5 in the league.
