YOU GET IT. I’ve been saying this for forever and no one understands, all my coworkers ask me if it makes my shift harder when I’m going through something, however if I’m having a bad day or struggling I will pick up a double and work 7am to 11pm. Being with my residents is like a whole new person. as soon as I walk in, all I can think abt is my residents. My brain shuts off.
