i work a mcdonald’s if we ask you to use the kiosk it’s cause we dnt have enough ppl in a rush so we js ask for a lil help but if we have the time we will gladly help you. if you use the kiosk nd you something special about your order js finish the whole order than at the end pay at the counter and we will finish it off for you

Most fast food restaurants will take some orders and ask others to use kiosk, I find it stupid that the machines don’t take cash you still have to use kiosk and then go to the window to pay and repeat the order to the cashier because it doesn’t pop up on their screen 🤦🏻♀️

i went to McDonalds in Highland Park and i wasnt wearing my glasses. the counter was open but no one helped me. the manager told me to use the kiosk because they were busy. i told him i didn't have my glasses. he was so bothered and rude but he took my order. i reported him to corporate. that McDonalds has minimal customer service skills.. i been back several times in the drive through. they dont greet you or say much. i try to go to other locations instead
