Interesting you say that about no contact, when do you think it is an option? Just curious as I feel no contact is truly the only thing that’s helped me, any time we’ve had to interact I feel a million times worse and it sets me back for days

Getting out of a five year promised engagement was very serious but I’m noticing now that just because it’s over and it didn’t keep working it doesn’t mean the years before weren’t amazing and I have a lot to learn but I can also be heartbroken that it was a season and not my forever person and if we are meant to be it’ll be but I don’t need to teach or search for that it’s my time for healing and loving myself
