I guess the real question is is it better for predators to be exposed or for them to go to jail? Because most of them didn’t and when did they got lighter sentences because of the show. They even had repeat on offenders on the show because they were never arrested. Predators are going to be predators, they don’t stop because of the awareness from a tv show. Remember the movie is about Chris Hansen, not about catching predators. I think you went into the movie looking for what you are describing now and then took away this take because well, that’s what you were looking for.
