MANGO STICKY RICE | DEON LEON (KHAO NIAO MAMUANG) ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง RICE  •500g Glutinous rice •500g Water (1:1 ratio to rice) •Wash rice until the water runs clear. •Soak rice for 4 hours or overnight if you’re going to steam it. •No need to soak (if you want, you can soak it for an hour) if you are going to use a rice cooker. PLATING •1 Pinch of black sesame seeds •1 Pinch of white sesame seeds •Place the sticky rice in a mound on a plate. •Fan the slivers of mangoes. •Add the coconut sauce on the sticky rice. •Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the sauce.
