I finally had to unfollow a male attorney on here yesterday that I’ve followed for several years because he just won’t admit he’s wrong on this case. His arrogance about it borders on misogyny and narcissism and he didn’t even follow the case. Thank you for being a sounding board for reasonable males!

The state can not change any part of their argument even if they retry her. They are bound to only what they presented in the first trial and the defense can do anything they want to change in their defense in the retrial.

I heard they will charge a lesser murder charge and then it’s decided by judge not jury. That could be a Huge problem because that judge is corrupt!!! Did you see how Patrick was looking at the judge when he got worried about the 911 call? That was weird on top of everything else!!!
