This cannot be true, the Labadi Beach Hotel was constructed in 1991 and went into operation somewhere 93. How could the pleasure beach which was already in existence be the encroachers.

Labadi beach is there before the LA beach Hotel was built ok, i was a young boy whom has been going to Labadi beach on JULY and Ocations before the Hotel was built.
