So if this were to "happen", since Congress has "borrowed" from Social Security before with intent to repay. How would that work with stablecoins? I don't know enough about blockchain. Congress is famous for not repaying its debts.

Question, if we had the hypothetical choice to go back to 1980, restrain government spending, limited to increases at 1/2% the rate of inflation, regardless of population. It would’ve been a little bit painful for some in the short term. But knowing what you know now, would that have been a better idea than what we have today?
