@gzreel: Imagine a camera fast enough to capture the very movement of light itself! Researchers at MIT have developed an ultra-fast imaging system that can snap billions of frames per second, revealing the paths of light pulses through various objects. This breakthrough allows us to visualize and study phenomena that happen too swiftly for traditional cameras. By employing these specialized techniques, scientists can slow down the seemingly instantaneous speed of light to analyze its journey in detail. This innovation opens new doors in physics, materials science, and medical imaging, providing deeper insights into processes that were once invisible to the human eye.
If light is moving slowly from left to right, how is it reaching the camera, so we see it ?

They’re claiming the camera is faster than light, which is impossible.

How can they make a shutter open and close a trillion times a second? Seems like it would have to move faster than light speed? Isn’t this impossible?

fun fact, because the camera is further away from the bottle than the length of the bottle, by the time the light is detected by the camera entering the bottle, the real light has already hit the lid at the other end of the bottle

it's not speed of light, it's the speed of the electricity exciting the part of the device which makes light.

If light was traveling, there would be no shadows. Light moves faster than time. Therefore it collapses and bounces off itself, and it would have no single direction it would be traveling in all directions there would be no shadow.

it would take over 1300 years to watch 1 second of footage of a trillion frames per second if we converted it to the standard 24 frames per second 😲

It’s like when we die our body stops moving so does our energy. It is then feeding the rest of the world in the place where our death occurred. It stretches out the more the world consumes the life was created
