Megan said she had not been drinking. Officer Grace Maggiulli arrived to test Megan. She suspected Megan was drunk. First, Megan took the eye test. Then, she did the walk and turn test. Megan stumbled. She did not step heel-to-toe. She also lost her balance. The last test was the one-leg stand. Megan could not lift her foot correctly. She counted wrong too.
