@amish.homestead: I need name suggestions! Look at my newest addition! She arrived today on transport, and naturally, I snapped a few pics of her to show her off! I was originally supposed to receive a Broken Chocolate Otter buck, but unfortunately, he passed away. The breeder kindly offered me a replacement, and I ended up choosing this beautiful girl instead. Now, y’all know I’m not exactly a huge fan of black bunnies, but I had a very good reason for choosing her. I’m working on adding more Magpie to my program, and she also carries chocolate! So, while black may not be the color I’m specifically after, what she brings genetically is what really caught my attention. She’s still young and has plenty of growing to do, but so far, she’s checking a LOT of boxes for me. I’m excited to watch her develop and see what she eventually contributes to the program. But first… she needs a name. What does she look like she should be named? 🖤 suggestions below! #fyp #foryoupage #viral #viralvideo #bunny

Here are three signs you're mistaking exhaustion for leadership: (something I see constantly working with female founders and women business owners.) 1. You're the only one who knows how anything runs. If you disappeared for a week, the business would stall, not because your team can't handle it, but because you never actually let them. 2. You say yes before you even think about it because saying no still feels like it'll cost you the business, the client, or the image you've built as a woman in leadership. 3. You're proud of how much you're carrying instead of alarmed by it. For a lot of hyper-independent women entrepreneurs, exhaustion has quietly become proof you're serious (not a sign something needs to change.) None of this means you're doing it wrong as a CEO. It means you've been rewarded for carrying it all, so nobody ever taught you how to lead a business without doing that. DM me

DM me "ICON" and I'll tell you if the CEO Glow Up is the right next step for where you're at as a founder. 👑
