you know I was in construction for 12 years. I recently had to switch to food service due to scheduling and kids and a lot of other things the universe planned for me. anyway, I've always wanted to be a chef and now I'm cooking in a kitchen, most days of the week and I love it. I was so miserable doing what I thought I was supposed to do that I lost myself. Now I have more time with my kids and I am getting where I wanna be in life.
