Here's what to say: 1️⃣ When one person has taken over the room: "Love the energy here, let's make sure we hear from everyone before we lock anything in. [Name], what's your take?" 2️⃣ When you're going round in circles: "Feels like we're circling this a bit. What's the decision we need to make together?" 3️⃣ When everyone's nodding but it's a fake yes: "What's the part of this you're least sure about?" Meetings can actually be good if someone leads them. A lot of being a manager comes down to knowing what to say and when to say it. It's a skill and you can learn it pretty quickly.
