idk what sleep paralysis is but one night I woke up idk when and I tried going back to sleep and after ten minutes I opened my eyes and in the corner of my room I saw a black shadowy figure and I didn't dare to move, breathe or even blink. is this sleep paralysis. this happened 4 years ago btw
