I had my wisdom teeth pulled, with only novacaine, refused to be put under, then a molar that had absessed, after that. it wasn't bad at all

I can not believe they removed it infected!! I’ve had several removed for the same reason and I pay $125. But every single time they sent me with antibiotics and refused to remove it until I had medicine in my system for a week. I said a prayer that you don’t end up with a dry socket or raging bigger infection!!

I commented on one of your earlier posts & sent you a private message. As I mentioned, while you are actively participating in the VA (VR&E) program you are eligible for free medical and or dental treatment. If you had known prior to getting it pulled, all you needed to do is ask your VR&E counselor to send a referral to the dental clinic, and they would have taken care of it. Since you already paid, send a copy of your receipt & an email to your counselor to request a reimbursement.

I would rather have a baby again to have a toothache. The VA should be paying for this, you need to have them submit a claim to the VA.

I am so sorry I had to go to the dentist and have 2 veneers done it’s ridiculously expensive and I don’t have dental insurance I pay out of pocket

I once had a tooth pulled that had been infected. I was on antibiotics for 10 days before the extraction. Apparently it was still infected, and it was the most painful experience. I’ve been thrown from a horse that stepped on me when he got up, breaking 6 ribs, a compression fracture in my back and a partially collapsed lung. I gave birth to 4 kids, broke my leg while I was pregnant with my last, and the tooth was the worst pain. I understand how you feel.

I got most of my mother called because I couldn’t afford to get them fixed… and you start chewing on your front teeth, which weakens them and then you lose them…

I had all but 8 bottom teeth removed 5 days before I turned 26. Can’t afford to get partials on the bottom or proper fitting top dentures.

Oh my friend, I’m so sorry ur in this pain! We need Medicare for All asap! Who can afford to fix their teeth with no insurance.? I lost a friend due to an access tooth & he couldn’t get no care bc he had no insurance & no cash after he paid his rent! Rest now. [Red heart]
