@here.we.dough: Spoiler alert… this bake did not do to plan 😅 my loaf was too big for my Dutch oven and I had to open bake for the first time! No prep or planning just had to wing it completely. Still tasted delicious so it wasn’t wasted but not the result this loaf deserved 😔 any tips for open baking welcome.
