First cook after seasoning my new Char-Griller offset… I used post oak splits and lump charcoal. Cooked at 225, pulled the Sirloin Tip Roast after 6 hours at 142 temp. Let it rest for 45 minutes before slicing. The robes went for ever and I wrapped and finished. Everything was so good.
