Review ➡️ “Holy moly - I just did the Uhiwai Ceremony with my mom and it was so powerful! I didn't do it in the exact right order... and this knot felt very deep and dense so I ended up going back and pulling out the dense energy/doing the spiritual release hand motion a few times. Felt like I was going back deeper each time. And then when I let my body move intuitively I had a whole ass 6yo temper tantrum and was flailing my arms and legs and grabbed a pillow and just screamed into it as loud as I could... then when I was pulling out the cords in my belly I kept gagging and retching and coughing up mucus.. I had to get a bucket but it felt like something was absolutely viscerally being released. I've just been laying with a heating pad covered in magnesium for a bit now so I still have some integrating to do but I just wanted to share and THANK YOU for so accessibly sharing your lineages healing techniques. I have tried so many things and done so much deep work on the relationship with my mom - But it felt like something was still stuck in there. And with this I have finally felt release! Endless gratitude to you - thank you thank you thank you A you are such a gift and are making such a beautiful impact on the collective!! Sending love” I ke kaula (to the thread), Kai #toxicfamily #generationaltrauma #cyclebreaker #toxicrelationship #toxicparent
