Now tell me how am I supposed to correct this behavior when I have tried multiple times. My kid yells but he yells when noises are too loud or when he’s upset. I can’t control his stimming? Now I never say ignore the behavior I always tell the teachers I always tell my son hey you’re being too loud my ears ouch. How are you supposed to control someone who’s autistic and has developmental delays? Explain because a lot of times I see people who work with kids with special needs basically complaining then why choose this path to work. And then assuming parents aren’t doing anything when we are at least I AM TRYING I ANT NO FUCKING MAGICIAN

My son is a problem child and I’m very hands on; when I ask suggestions on how to work with him more at home (I’ve signed him up for play therapy, other extra activities) I’m told “I don’t know” like I’m trying to help out. They don’t even allow parents to sit in the classrooms anymore.
