But his daily routine is mostly about the basics: a mix of running, yoga, swimming, and functional training. “Small movements,” he says, “getting my hamstrings open, a little bit of chest and bodyweight, but it’s mostly animal-style calisthenics.” At 47, Diplo is focused on longevity.
