Oh my....making me homesick galore!!! I am tracking the series on Netflix, the prankster caller 😁✌️🥰, naturally Mr. Harnett (fan for years), BUT the icing on the cake from this video is the gentleman from Brigus 🥰. Prepping blueberries - I grew up with that, along with partridge, raspberry and bakeapples 😁. So many memories! On top of that, Brigus 🥰 As a former Sea Cadet, growing up we had many exchanges 😁🥰. Lovely folks ✌️

In 2008 I did an RV trip all the way up to Grosse Moore in the western pond and came back to St. John’s seeing every Peninsula. Went to Trinity. It was lovely, but I honestly remember Brigus being the cutest little village. We had just missed the blueberry festival.

I have to say this show in particular and really a lot of the shows that are getting filmed in Newfoundland are making me extremely proud of being a Newfoundlander. I work in tourism and we’re getting more and more people coming here just because of all the media and people learning where Newfoundland is from and they actually get to experience our hospitality. It’s amazing.
