@valleycatholics: Bringing your pet to school to be ✨blessed✨ This morning, St. Rose McCarthy school in Hanford held their Blessing of the Animals in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals! Students and their families brought their dogs, cats, chickens, and stuffed animals to receive a special blessing from Deacon Gary Anderson. 🙌 #fyp #foryoupage #blessingoftheanimals #stfrancisofassisi #feastday

An 87-year-old pensioner has died just weeks after being forcibly evicted from the Madrid home she'd lived in for over 70 years. Maricarmen Abascal was carried out on a stretcher after her rent soared far beyond what her pension could cover. Her death has sparked fresh outrage across Spain, with thousands protesting against soaring rents and demanding urgent action over the country's housing crisis. #Spain #Madrid #HousingCrisis #Maricarmen #MailTalks
