@ugcwithsara4: UGC chat - Let’s get real UGC has been so up and down for me. i started slow for a reason, i didn’t wanna burn myself out and be disappointed if i didn’t make any money after creating my portfolio and posting for a week. It took me a months to land my first $40 deal, which honestly looking back, i am not proud of that video at all (it’s a little embarassing) I started to get a roll going with Insense and Cohley and now all of a sudden.. crickets. It’s been an entire month since i’ve been accepted for a UGC deal and the defeat is hitting hard. Am i doing everything wrong? is this even normal? i honestly don’t know. I never got responses from any of my cold pitches to brands and if i did it was just a no. I feel very connected to doing UGC so i’m going to look at this as a bump in the road and continue my journey because i know God has a plan for me and he will make anything happen. I wouldn’t have gotten any deals if this wasn’t for me so im being patient and trusting God. The right brands will find me and accept my applications through apps. If you’re a UGC creator and looking for a more authentic community rather than “i made 100k this month and you can too” videos, then i’m your girl! I’m here for the ride and i’m taking you all along with me! More UGC chats, Day in my life, UGC examples, and more coming soon!!
