because it cant. you see ripple never intended for xrp to be a high value so they popped out 100 billion to make the cost a small fraction and a teenie fraction burn. but it does make alot for ripple as well as being a pump and dump for many high rollers to profit bigtime. xrp has a place but even xrp top brass has gone on interviews that you can watch saying xrp cant and wont reach 100. google david shwartz claims in terrier xrp cant reach 100 you will see. good luck with your future efforts.
