Insurance typically downgrades resin filling to amalgam…have to treatment plan both the resin and amalgam…then figure out correct percentage, delete amalgam filling and adjust primary insurance portion for the correct fee…so annoying! Who does amalgam fillings anyway???

Stop buying ladyfingers and make them at home - they really take tiramisu to another level. And if that wasn’t enough, adding Nutella makes this one very hard to stop eating. This might just be my new favorite type of Tiramisu. Ingredients For the Ladyfingers: 6 large eggs, separated Pinch of kosher salt ¾ cup (5.5 oz/150g) granulated sugar, divided ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp (3.75 oz/110g) all-purpose flour ¼ cup (1 oz/30 g) cornstarch 1 tbsp vanilla extract ½ cup (2.25 oz/60 g) confectioners’ sugar For the Mascarpone Cream 6 large egg yolks ⅓ cup plus 1 tbsp (2.8oz/80 g) granulated sugar 16 oz (450g) mascarpone, at room temperature 4.9 oz (140g) Nutella 1¾ cups (420ml) cold heavy whipping cream 1½ cups (360ml) strong espresso or very strong coffee, cooled 1 tbsp Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur (optional) For the Topping 8.8 oz (250g) Nutella 1 tsp neutral oil, plus more as needed ½ cup toasted unsalted hazelnuts, roughly chopped You can find the full recipe on my website!
