Pastrami Trisket Recipe👇🏽 Gotta risk it for the Trisket 🥵. Don’t knock it till you try it. And if you already tried it and didn’t like it, that was 100 percent user error. The key to a juicy Trisket starts with a solid cut of beef like the Australian Wagyu tri tip I used from @High Society Meats 👌🏽. Now take all that goodness and turn it into pastrami. It hits a level you won’t understand until you actually taste it. So grow up and give Trisket a shot lol. This is next level backyard BBQ, smoked beef, Wagyu tri tip, and homemade pastrami vibes all in one. Perfect for the holidays, game day, meal prep, or anytime you want a crazy tender smoked roast that packs big flavor. Big shoutout to the homie @Svenddiesel for inspiring me to tri my first Trisket a few months ago. 💰 Pastrami Brine recipe can be found in my cookbook 📖 Backyard BBQ with Fire and Spice available everywhere. Instructions: 1. Brine for a week in my @Cambro 2. Use @Bear & Burton's binder then season w/ my Cajun Honey rub @tftibbqshop black pepper. 3. Insert my @ThermoWorks RFX and smoke it at 225F until it reaches 170-180F internal. 4. Foil boat it to continue creating an amazing bark and add in some @bearandburtons Wagyu tallow. 5. Back onto the smoker bumped to 250F until internal temp reaches 200F. 6. When done wrap and let it rest in my @Drip EZ insulated BBQ Blanket for an hour to lock in those juices. 7. When ready slice them up and enjoy some pastrami BBQ heaven. 8. Store your leftover pastrami Trisket in @bbq_dripez ‘s Secondz, collapsible space-saving food storage containers.
