TNI mengungkapkan bahwa Letkol Arman, Kepala Seksi Intelijen Gartap 1/Jakarta, menyewakan rumah dinas di Kompleks Perumahan Angkatan Darat (KPAD) Cijantung, Jakarta Timur, yang ternyata dijadikan markas judi online (judol). “Info sementara, rumah itu disewakan ke masyarakat sipil,” kata Kapendam Jaya Letkol Arh Noor Ishak saat dikonfirmasi Kompas.com, Jumat (9/10/2026). Kata Noor, masyarakat justru menyalahgunakan rumah dinas itu menjadi markas judol. “Disalahgunakan si penyewanya,” jelas dia. Sementara itu, Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) TNI Mayjen TNI Muhammad Nas menegaskan bahwa Letkol Inf Arman telah ditahan buntut kasus tersebut. Adapun sebanyak 11 orang ditangkap terkait kasus dugaan rumah dinas di KPAD Cijantung menjadi markas judol.
